Job Description

Excellent Opportunity -Accounting Payable / Receivable Coordinator – Teammate to Hire

 

 

· $20.00 per hour – Weekly pay

· Day Shift Position

· Full Benefits

· Monday-Friday (Weekends Off)

 

 

What You’ll Do as an Accounts Payable / Receivable Coordinator:

· Proactively obtain required documentation for new vendor file set up

· Reconcile various accounts

· Collect on outstanding invoices and applying payment

· Use QuickBooks and Excel

· Plan, organize, and schedule work in an efficient and productive manner

· Data Entry
