OneSpan is looking for a "Product Marketing Manager" to join our team in the US (fully remote).

As Product Marketing Manager, you'll be a strategic, yet hands-on product marketing professional with a track record of success in developing positioning, messaging, content, and tools to drive sales and marketing success. You'll be the expert on the buyers and competition in the markets we serve, and support go-to-market efforts for our e-signature and digital agreement solutions.  

This role will report into our Head of Product Marketing and is open to candidates who have their residence in the United States.

Key Responsibilities: 

In this role, you'll inspire through: 

  • Go-to-market plans: Work with product, sales, marketing, and partner teams to build and execute GTM plans. Identify top geographies, industries, and use cases where we can effectively win and grow. 
  • Competition: Understand the competitive landscape and provide ongoing support and enablement tools to help the local Sales team win. 
  • Expertly-crafted value propositions and positioning: Develop value propositions and positioning, which balances technical details with business benefits.  
  • High-impact content and tools: Develop and maintain buyer-oriented content (e.g., website content, datasheets, videos, articles, blog posts, etc.) and ensure alignment with key stakeholder groups including sales, lead generation, corporate communications, product management, professional services, and the executive team. 
  • Sales knowledge transfer: Create and deliver materials for reference by sales teams (direct and indirect) organization, including sales training, presentation materials, FAQs, demo scripts, and battle cards that help drive solution adoption and create sales excitement and revenue success. 
  • Cross-sell opportunity: Work with sales and marketing managers to define and execute a strategy to cross-sell our e-signature and digital agreement solutions to our existing banking and financial services customers. 
  • High-energy evangelism: Be the spokesperson for our e-signature and digital agreement solutions and help build our brand through customer presentations, thought leadership webinars, and media interviews. 
  • Collaboration with Product/Product Management: Work closely with product management to define market position, create a packaging framework, and enable product and feature launches.

 Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5 years of work experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, product management,or related role  
  • Knowledge of e-signatures and/or document-based workflows is a must  
  • Industry experience in banking, insurance, other financial services, and/or other regulated industries is a plus 
  • Exceptional storyteller and writing skills with the ability to create content that engages decision makers (writing samples are required) 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to drive the end-to-end execution of multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization 
  • Ability to travel (10%) 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Product marketing/management certification (e.g., Sirius Decisions (now Forrester Decisions), Pragmatic Institute, Product Marketing Alliance, Product Focus, 280 Group) is a plus
