Call Center Coordinator

Overview:

The Call Center Coordinator is responsible for answering inbound calls from engineers and field technicians and logging information into the system of record. The Call Center Coordinators work directly with the Call Center Management and Operations teams to ensure all calls are handled appropriately.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound calls to report activity on service calls

· Conduct outbound confirmation calls

· Forward calls to the appropriate personnel for immediate resolution/escalation

· Document the system of record timely and accurately in regards to dispatch

· Properly and promptly escalate all issues with tickets/technicians

Skill Requirements:

· Attention to detail

· Interpersonal skills – ability to interact with colleagues, vendors and customers/clients of all demographics and professional levels

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Basic Computer/Office software experience

Experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Professional office skills

Other

· Off shift hours available

· May be required to work remotely outside normal business hours

· Training will be provided
