Account Manager at OnePulse

OnePulse is a SaaS market research company making waves with its unique product that can provide bespoke market insights within just 20 minutes. Off the back of exceptional client demand, we have recently raised our Series B investment to accelerate our growth across all areas of the business.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join and contribute to the growth of our expanding organization through sales activities with our existing client base. As an Account Manager, you’ll be developing and managing strong relationships with customers, and connecting with stakeholders to improve the entire customer experience. You’ll work to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

What you’ll be doing

  • Existing client outreach, ensuring customers are; actively using their subscription, thrilled with their experience with OnePulse, will renew their subscription and expand their partnership with OnePulse.
  • Managing customer queries from the website and customer tech issues
  • Achieving monthly upsell and retention quotas
  • Assisting marketing with what sales and marketing collateral should be produced
  • Proactively booking in and facilitating training with clients to ensure they are getting the best from their subscription post sale

About You

  • Experience delivering as an Account Manager within a technology focussed business. A SaaS/Subscription based platform would be ideal
  • Be both proactive and reactive and used to fast paced/dynamic organizations
  • Have a proven track record delivering against upselling and renewal KPI’s
