The Partner Account Manager will join our T-Mobile Account sales team. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about building partnerships that will grow our brand and drive sales with key T-Mobile retail partners. You will execute relevant account strategies and tactics (e.g. sell-out programs, training programs, etc.) that delight the customer while exceeding sales targets and overall business objectives. You will eagerly roll up your sleeves and dig into every detail and execute every action in order to drive our
companys objectives.
Requirements
What youll do:
Work closely with assigned T-Mobile retail partners to create account-specific plans, targets & sell-out programs to meet/exceed sales targets
Analyze and report daily/weekly/monthly account sales data to leadership
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate training, marketing and communication plans with each dealer
Key Qualifications:
You have 5+ years of business development, account management and/or sales experience, ideally in the mobile industry
You have in-depth knowledge of T-Mobiles Retail channels (COR/TPR) and have
established relationships with T-Mobiles top retail partners
You are able to build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally, at all levels
You have proven presentation and partner management skills
You thrive in a rapid paced environment and a culture that relies on teamwork and communication
You have a self-starting and resilient attitude and are able to navigate and execute through ambiguity
You have a passion for driving partnerships that create new opportunities
You have a global mindset and are committed to going the extra mile whenever needed
