The Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate 

will research, develop, and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for OneWall.  This position is responsible for sourcing candidates through various recruitment strategies, the screening and interview process, scheduling interviews, and participating in career events.  The Talent Acquisition Associate will provide administrative and logistical support of OW recruiting efforts and also participate in the development of long-term recruiting strategies to include developing relationships with potential hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment life-cycle.

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional networks, etc.).

  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to include sourcing, attendance, and participation in college job fairs and recruitment sessions. 

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on job roles, industry standards, and OneWall’s needs.

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify requisite hiring criteria.

  • Manage job postings and the job advertisement processes.

  • Screen applicants and select qualified candidates to forward to hiring managers for consideration.

  • Proactively work to strengthen the diverse talent pipelines.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders; oversee the preparation and collection of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

  • Maintain awareness of industry news, activity, and trends impacting talent sourcing and hiring strategies.

  • Help to identify disruptive solutions for recruiting; leverage insights to drive strategic decisions regarding sourcing, diversity, inclusion, equity, etc.

  • Lead other talent acquisition/human resources projects as needed.

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Education, Experience, Training, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college, or university, or one to two years related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Courses in business, communications, psychology, or human resources courses strongly preferred.  

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred; SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.

Minimum of two years of proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems required (BrightMove preferred) and recruitment lifecycle experience required.
