Here’s a little bit of info about us:
We’re ON-SITE TM, a virtual and medically focused call center where our associates work from home. We call the patients of doctors to first invite them to an event to explain a change in the doctor’s practice. Secondly, we call those patients that were unable to come to the event to explain the doctor’s new Concierge's program, see if that program makes sense for them and if they would like to enroll.
Our phone system is VoIP based … it works off your computer through a headset. Our representatives access the patient records through a cloud based system and we are a HIPAA compliant call center. If you work for us your computer must have high speed internet access and have the ability to be hardwired.
The schedule is variable. We are looking for someone just 10 to 12 hours per week. Shifts are Monday-Thursday evenings from 5:30-8:30 pm in the local time of wherever the doctor’s practice is located, most often Eastern Time Zone though we work with doctors in all American time zones, from East Coast to West Coast. On occasion we will have shifts during the daytime, but that is the exception and not the rule.
You will receive a base hourly rate + bonuses. Our team associates typically average between $10 to $12 per hour however, some on our team make more. We pay $1 more for BILINGUAL in Spanish with an average of $11 to $13 per hour.
--At least 6 months sales experience mandatory! More is preferred, especially any outbound calling.
