Job Description

Logistics Coordinator

Summary: The primary responsibility of the Logistics Coordinator is to ensure safe and efficient operations for company product segments and other subcontractors.


  • Coordinate and participate in morning meetings to review equipment and personnel requirements
  • Support the operations of the cementing department by coordinating material, supply and personnel activities with contractors and well site supervisors to carry out the work program
  • Establish processes to receive, handle, respond to, track and close-out cement blending work orders
  • Use activity plans to schedule transportation requirements and provide necessary material/equipment/personnel in a timely manner
  • Evaluate and make changes to material and personnel forms as needed
  • Identify and ensure appropriate dispatching of equipment cement blends and personnel
  • Manage the cement and blending material request system
  • Dispatch blended cement to location and verify calculations of cement blends
  • Monitor and track use of supply and cement personnel and equipment
  • Consistently communicate with Well Engineers


  • Ensure all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are followed
  • 2-3 years of prior Logistics Coordination experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to successfully pass extensive background checks and drug tests
  • Must be local to the Midland, TX area

Hours: 14 days on/7 days off; rotating shifts
