of a life science discipline to interpret and perform analyses of experiment results; offer suggestions regarding modifications to procedures and protocols in collaboration with senior researchers Actively prepare and submit for presentation and peer-reviewed publication abstracts and manuscripts related to research outcomes Apply project management experience to outline milestones, manage project plans and budgets Perform complex technical work related to stem cell biology, viral gene transfer, and molecular biology, including tissue culture, flow cytometry, western blot, enzymatic assays, and qPCRStem Cell Researcher Qualifications: Ph.D. in Stem Cell Biology, developmental biology, or a related scientific area Must have a minimum 4 years of hands on experience working with human primary stem cells including long term cell maintenance and expansion, differentiation and characterization (Western Blot, QPCR, immunostaining) Experience working with mammalian cells (preferably pig) Experience working with bioreactors Comfortable in utilizing gene editing techniques (CRISPR, lentiviral transductions
