Whether you prefer to work in a hospital, clinic, home care or senior housing setting-San Jose job opportunities in healthcare are abundant.On Time Talent Solutions is seeking a Research Chemist who will conduct formulation lab activities that support the development, registration, and manufacture of new products and formulations.Research Chemist Responsibilities: Conduct laboratory work for evaluating new raw materials, developing new products, optimizing existing products, preparing samples for customer evaluations Plan, perform, interpret lab and field research to guide innovation development strategies, milestone management and... customer technical support Assist Research and Development during new product development Create and maintain documentation including accurate laboratory records, field trial reports and data on research methods, procedures, and results Stay up to date on state-of-the-art industry techniques, procedures, policies, and equipment Maintain lab equipment used for preparing and testing new compoundsResearch Chemist Qualifications: PhD in Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Biophysics, Biochemistry, or a closely related field Experience in fundamental chemistry including guiding study designs, and the management of technical and project timeline risks Strong analytical chemistry knowledge and proficiency with AB Sciex MS/MS and/or Agilent HPLC-MS instrumentation/software Knowledge of techniques used for nucleic acid and protein analysis Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices Chromatographic techniques such as GC-MS and HPLC, Fluorescence microscopy, and spectroscopic methods are a plus
