Since 2004 On Point Events has been helping discerning clientele attend sold-out sporting events and entertainment experiences around the world (Super Bowl, Kentucky Derby, Masters, Wimbledon, Fashion Week, etc.)
Our sales department is the first point of contact for our clients. Our knowledge and friendly sales team uses a consultative approach to work with our clients to create customized packages that are tailor-made to their exact specifications.
The top candidate will strive to meet/exceed sales revenue goals by effectively executing on key strategies and activities to include:
Manage all phases of the sales process, including effective lead qualification, proposal/RFP development, contract negotiations (including financial terms and conditions) and closing.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships that foster repeat business and customer loyalty
Sell direct to individual travelers, corporate accounts and travel agencies
Make substantial outbound warm calls generated from CRM leads
Qualify and close in-bound sales calls.
Maintain records and up-to-date client information on all prospects, target accounts, and new clients through our CRM Tool.
Willing and able to travel to select events to further customer relationships

Three years of experience in sales with demonstrated success and proven track record.
Enter all Leads, Accounts, Contacts as well as track Sales Activities (Email, Phone Log, Tasks, Appointments) in the Company’s CRM system. Working knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools including, Salesforce.com and MS Dynamics is preferred.

Ability to calculate margins, mark-ups, and commissions.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; or two years related experience and/or training; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Luxury travel industry sales experience a plus.
Formal sales training experience, such as Sandler, is a plus.

Base salary plus commission
