We are looking for professional and reliable team member to join our Customer Service & Billing Department at a local public water utility. Our ideal candidate is a true people-person; someone who highly desires to deliver exceptional quality performance and promote solutions to meet our client’s expectations. This position is performed in a business office. Responsibilities and Duties include: • Assists in coordination of the water utility service techs in alignment with our customer service needs. • Populates customer information, payments, and agreements (e.g., Excel, Harris Impresa, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Outlook) and updates/maintains content. • Provides some original writing for a response(s) to customer requests or notes. • Proofs / audits reports and file documents for accuracy. • Schedules and participates in response-related meetings (internal and/or customer), as appropriate. • Spearhead’s production of correspondences (printing, copying, emailing, binding, shipping). • First line of contact for customers who call, walk-in, mail, and email the office. • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tasks and processes.

The compensation rate for this position starts at $15/ hour , we are offering more considering the applicant and their level of experience as a professional, reliable, and computer program skill sets. Please do not quote max compensation rate, we can determine that at interview but good to know their desired rate.
