As an inbound customer service representative, called a Gig Brand Ambassador (GBA), you will act as a liaison, provide assistance and information and resolve any emerging problems that inbound customers inquire about.
As a Gig Brand Ambassador (GBA), you get to work from the comfort of your home and pick your own schedule. You can work between 2 - 8 hours a day, seven days a week, day, nights, weekends. As an independent GBA you can earn $ 13.00 hour and earn a certification bonus after you work 100 hours.
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Answer the call with confidence.
Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Properly note customer interactions and process customer accounts requests.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
1-3 years of prior customer service experience.
Banking or Financial Industry experience preferred, but not required.
Education: High School Degree minimum, Associates or BA preferred
Proven customer support experience.
Empathy and Passionate about great customer experience.
Attention to detail
Solid PC skills including typing and navigation abilities
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Minimum of 35 WPM typing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
