We are hiring for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own our marketing driven pipeline for North America, helping to optimise our sales funnel and drive marketing influenced revenue. This opportunity will play a vital role in our global expansion Who are we? Our solution combines the data unification and customer insight of a CDP with a cross-channel marketing orchestration platform, letting retail marketers easily and efficiently create experiences their customers love across email, mobile, on-site, social, direct mail and more.

Ometria’s proven approach to accelerating revenue – our Retail Success Model™ – is a first-of-its-kind data science model for driving CRM growth in retail. It combines four proprietary AI algorithms that analyse a retailer’s CRM performance and deliver a bespoke marketing plan for reaching their revenue goals. We are trusted by the fastest-growing retail brands in the world such as Steve Madden, (url removed), Hunter, Rhone and Pangaia. We have a team of over 130 Ometrians based in the US, UK and Europe and we have raised over $70M from leading venture capital funds across the world such as InfraVia Capital Partners and Octopus Ventures. Your Task As Senior Manager, Demand Generation you will be responsible for building out and executing an industry leading ABM strategy, designing and executing campaigns ranging from digital advertising to joint partner marketing. You will continuously innovate, iterate and evolve our demand gen strategy, optimising our existing team, reporting on channel effectiveness and delivering insights into performance .

You will be responsible for engaging our North American target audience of ideal customers, utilising our position in the market and our highly engaged base of champions to convert engagement to sales opportunities. You will closely align with our Business Development team and drive key commercial metrics including Marketing-Influenced Opportunities and Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQAs), providing our NA BDR team with robust, quality leads to grow the pipeline. You will collaborate with key marketing stakeholders to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all of our campaigns, integrating digital marketing into our ABM strategy.

You will also be responsible for identifying and attending relevant industry events for us to build our brand awareness across the North American region. About you: Experienced You will have enterprise ABM experience and an in-depth knowledge of paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting and social network advertising. Commercial You will be an expert in end-to-end marketing, owning the marketing funnel and what it takes to generate customers from campaigns. Analytical You have an analytical mindset and are able to predict and iterate based on data to continuously build our demand generation strategy. You are able to forecast results and report on them to the senior management team.
