Title: Program Manager - Learning and Development

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Typical Tasks:

• Directs the business operations for the sccLearn program countywide

• Develops and implements the sccLearn Business Strategy /Roadmap/ Project Plan/Vision/ ROI for LMS. Identifies key metrics/analytics for the sccLearn Program

• Manages and prioritizes requests for LMS projects, support, reports, etc. from agencies. Establishes and manages these project plans

• Gathers functional and business requirements from agencies in collaboration with sccLearn Business Analyst

• Manages the sccLearn Steering Committee meetings

• Facilitates meetings with sccLearn clients/partners to understand business needs, pain points, gaps, and areas for optimization

• Maintains regular communication with representatives of departments using sccLearn to ensure their needs are being met.

• Manages communications with trained LMS administrators; TSS sccLearn Team; Stakeholders

• Manages user interface of countywide domain’s home page and dashboards

• Conducts change management activities for any new initiatives, feature rollouts, project change

• Investigates LMS vendor updates to determine which ones might be useful for the County to implement

• Relationship management with SumTotal vendor

• Focuses on optimizing the end user experience, through: o Focus groups o Website maintenance o Support materials

• Develops and conducts LMS program related communications

• Formulates and implements policies, procedures, and plans for the sccLearn Program o Sets standards and protocols (e-learning, course creation, library)

o Develops and maintains program documentation

• Coordinates with LED Trainer on sccLearn trainings
