Do you enjoy Music and Dance? Are you a people person with a passion for organization and a knack for running a tight ship? Then we want people to see your smile and enthusiasm before anything else once they walk through our school doors. As the Executive Director at Omaha School of Music and Dance you'd manage our administration and faculty staff. You'd also be the go-to person for hiring, payroll, and tuition. Omaha School of Music and Dance is conveniently located at 144th and Dodge. Hours will be Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm (flex work opportunities available). The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, 3-5 years as a past director/manager of a facility or education department, and comfortable making overall business decisions. Our candidate will need to have a passion for developing others and living out our culture. You will need a keen eye for detail, and have the passion to produce top quality work. We move at a quick pace, so you'll need to be self-directed and able to hit the ground running.

Experience:
Customer Service
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
Experience with a Mac Computer
Experience with past School or Custom Relationship Database
Microsoft Office, Excel
Prepare inventory reports, payroll reports, and tuition reports
Weekly & Monthly reports
Manage small administrative team and teaching staff
Prep and oversee all school events
Run Weekly Administrative Meetings and Monthly Numbers Meeting
Recital & Event Preparations
HR (hiring, annual reviews, monthly meetings)
Other various projects as needed
Bachelors Degree Obtained (negotiable)

Compensation Package:

$65,000.00 salary per year (experience dependent)
12 Paid Days Off + Holidays + Flex hours (more details to come)
Closed All Major Holidays
$3,000 Annual Paid Bonus or Vacation if yearly company goals are achieved + 4 Paid Days off
