Job Description:

Omadi is looking to hire an experienced customer support representative to be a part of the Client Success team and advance their career in the customer support field. Omadi provides dispatching software to the towing industry, allowing tow companies to manage their service tickets, customers, and employees in one place! We have also expanded into the insurance industries and look forward to growth in these areas.

Responsibilities:

You will work with a team to manage Tier 1 inquiries regarding our dispatching product. These include emails as well as inbound and outbound support calls. Our Client Success department is a small, but tight-knit group looking to grow. While this is an entry-level position, there is plenty of room for growth. Our support team makes an investment in our employees. 100% of our Tier 2 and Tier 3 representatives started in Tier 1 positions.

    Here are some of the issues you may be required to respond to:

    • Software configuration to meet needs

    • Identifying and resolving or escalating customer reported bugs

    • Answering questions based around usage to provide basic training

    • Outbound calls to check in on account status and needs

    • Troubleshooting mobile app issues

    Successful Candidates:

    • Problem-solver who looks not just for the customer’s solution but how to improve the process that we use to provide that solution.
    • Exceptional communication skills (ability to handle confrontational customers)

      • Enjoys and has experience in a phone-heavy environment

    • Type a minimum of 50 WPM

    • Enjoys working with a team as well as strong, independent drive to seek out work when call or ticket flow is low

    Bonus Skills:

    • We are looking for someone who has the potential to be cross-functional and manage basic account management or software trainer tasks.

    Schedule:

    8am - 5pm Monday - Friday

    Compensation:

    Salary starting at $32,500 or higher, depending on experience and capability.
