Fourteen people in the team as a whole. Are being done in an Agile format. Need a scrum master that has also done waterfall delivery of large, complex projects because of the various dependencies on groups that may not be Agile.

So, PM to start that can own the project completely.

Project plans are in place already.

The business line is Global Liquidity Services (an umbrella organization that sits overtop of 6 different business lines with deposits). This new layer will add some structure to what they are doing.

Agile Certs are good to have. SAFe is good to have.

They need strong Jira skills they rely on it heavily. Build hierarchies, burn down charts, backlogs, grooming sessions, etc.

Financial data is a plus

Data Warehouse experience is good to have

8-10 years of work experience

Bachelor's Degree

8-10+ years of experience in project manager and scrum master roles. Needs to have experience managing complex projects across matrixed technology teams and multiple stakeholder groups. Must demonstrate expertise working an Agile team through backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, daily scrums, and retrospective process.

Highly desirable that candidate knows the data analytics domain, specifically around the technologies and processes of sourcing, transforming, and reporting data. Must be able to delve into detailed analysis to move work forward.

Manage Stakeholder relationships by Ensuring stakeholder expectations are understood and managed accordingly. Manage stakeholder communications & participation. Promote effective individual and team performance. Act as the primary point of contact to handle project issues and manage changes to project scope. Have a strong customer focus. Manage the development and execution of a project by adhering to a defined project management methodology. Ensure the project's work, including requirements and deliverables, is clearly defined. Control the project, in part, by leveraging formal change management Identifying and mitigating risk. Confirm project success criteria and manage accordingly. Monitor, evaluate, and control project performance. Resolve and escalate issues in a timely fashion-plan, and schedule project tasks based, in part, on resource availability and other dependencies. Oversee or modify a schedule of charges with minimal supervision. Conduct routine project status calls and reporting of project status. Provide leadership to the group by seeking and participating in personal and team development opportunities, including improving personal, technical, and consulting skills, suggesting areas for improvement in internal processes and possible solutions, and fostering & supporting constructive change.

Top 3 skills -1. Agile/Scrum experience. 2. Water PM experience, managing complex projects. 3. Experience working with financial data and data mart
