Position Description: Per requirements of Oliver Winston Behavioral Urgent Care, LLC, the support staff will perform various tasks in every day operational aspects of the clinic including, but not limited, to:
· Front Desk Operations
o Patient intake
o Data entry in electronic health record
o Wait-time management and patient flow
o Exit processes
o Answer phone calls
o Routinely check voicemail and return messages
o Follow up phone calls
o Appointment scheduling
o Scan/File patient information
o Make copies and ensure adequate supply of necessary forms
o Maintain clean and organized environment in reception and patient care areas
o Ensure HIPAA compliance with patient information
· Other duties as assigned
· This position will report to the Director of Clinical Operations
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Experience working with behavioral health population preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills/Personal Qualities: The Support Staff should be able to multi-task, be well organized and perform tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Support Staff should exhibit a pleasant, positive attitude and be courteous in all interactions with consumers.
