Olea Kiosks is growing! We are looking two individuals who are high-energy, detail-oriented, and customer-focused to join our Customer Experience team as Sales Support Specialists, and help us change the world one kiosk at a time. Our kiosks are both physically beautiful and highly functional, and we are looking for the best Sales Support Specialists to ensure our customers are receiving the highest level of service from us.

All our kiosk solutions are designed and manufactured at our facility in Cerritos, California.
Our Customer Experience team works alongside our Sales team, handling much of the day-to-day interaction with customers and internal teams. From initial order entry, scheduling and tracking project milestones, all the way to post-delivery check-ins, Olea's Customer Experience team is on the frontline when it comes to keeping our customers happy. This is a full-time, hourly position.
You will be critically important in ensuring our customers are receiving top-notch customer service, from the intiial order process, to delivery, and beyond.
