What do we do?

Olea develops AI & Analytics to improve the water ecosystem around us. Our products promote economic fairness and water conservation while driving a profitable and robust business that positively impacts our employees and communities we serve.

We are growing fast and need Regional Sales Directors for assigned geographic region including Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, Southwest and West Coast . Responsible for effective sales management of Olea Edge Analytics products and services. Ensures organizational strategies are realized for sustainable profitable growth in sales revenues through the promotion of Olea Edge Analytics within region.

Successful candidate will:

  • Develop and maintain regional sales strategies, with full communication to all stakeholders
  • Manage an assigned geographic area to meet Company objectives with the generation of new customer accounts and ongoing market opportunities
  • Develop individual go-to-market strategies and annual objectives based on market intelligence and account activity
  • Develop new and service existing customers
  • Ensure that all customer feedback is shared with appropriate parties
  • Cultivate close working relationships with customers, enabling constructive influence for company, providing clients with fit for purpose solutions
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams and other ad hoc reporting requirements as required for determination of market potential
  • Contribute towards promotional planning to represent company and the brand at industry events in a professional manner
  • Select, maintain and develop a distribution network to increase market penetration.
  • Work cross functionally with other departments including, but not limited to: Customer Experience, Manufacturing and Operations, Government Relations, and Finance
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, trade shows and regional trade association meetings as required


  • Bachelors’ degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the water sector or related industry
  • Alternatively, the equivalent combination of formal education and experience will be considered
  • Practical experience in formulating short- and long-term business plans concerning sales target
  • Deep experience developing marketing and sales strategies
  • Extensive knowledge of assigned geographical region
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex situations or concepts to translate strategies into actions
  • Synthesizes organizational goals and drives activities for sustainable results
  • Act as a business partner across all functions to ensure objectives are met
  • Results driven with vision to challenge the status quo
  • Strong influencing and persuading skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintains strong working relationships
  • Motivated to deliver to multiple customers within technical field of expertise
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communicator both internally and externally
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Effective presentation skills


  • Frequent travel is expected. (More than 50% of the role)
  • Experience of working in a SaaS organization would be a candidate advantage
