Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of North Carolina

Oversee all aspects of the Nursing Home policies and procedures

Ability to interact professionally with residents, family and staff

Ability to multitask

Develops and monitors departmental budgets

Secures contracts for the facility

Maintains current licensure

Displays ability to organize and prioritize

Attends educational workshops

Handles all department head evaluations

Reviews all incident/accident/medication reports

Attends all QA and risk management meeting

Computer skills

Must have Knowledge of survey process in the nursing home setting

Must have Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations in the nursing home setting

Reviews all policies yearly for revisions and updating
