Job Description

Cabinet and Finishing Company located in Palm Desert has an open position for a full-time Office Administrative Assistant.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5 pm

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Pro-efficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and google docs.
The position requires excellent telephone etiquette.
Ability to create proposals, invoices and sending emails.
Answer phone calls, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.
Interact with clients, vendors, and employees.
Assists with organizing/filing paperwork, ordering supplies, and occasional errands outside the office.
Excellent at multitasking.
Must be bilingual.
COMPENSATION
Full-time schedule
Holidays paid
Vacations paid
$14- $18 hourly (DOE)
Not Required but preferably have experience of at least 2-3 years, working directly with clients and creating proposals, estimates, and AR/AP
