Business coordination, Requirements Gathering, Specifications, Business Process Flows and Documentation expertise;
Tools/Technology: Visio, iRise, MS-Office applications, Oracle, SQL Developer.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for Business coordination, requirements gathering and requirements analysis in area of specialization. Networks with internal and external stakeholders, conducts interviews and gathers data for analysis. Assists with identifying reports, journals and other market data for incorporation into overall analysis. Work with stakeholders to understand current state and to identify the future state for the proposed solution. Analyze data and identify gaps in the proposed solution, make recommendations for resolving gaps, and monitor results.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business. Produce the requirement documentation (Functional and non-functional). Requirement analysis. Co-ordinate with IT team during Integration and System testing & Business team during User Acceptance testing
Generic Managerial Skills
Responsible for leading Requirements meetings/workshops, Delivering Requirements Specifications Design Document, Supporting Development, Supporting Testing, Overall coordination of User Acceptance Testing, Contribute to Training manuals/User Guides and support in Training.
Excellent Communication and Technical writing skills. Should be able to drive group of people (Business, IT and QA) in deriving a common conclusion in requirement gathering sessions/workshops
