- Image and deploy workstation.
- Coordinate, Manage and Resolve Remedy tickets.
- Respond to PC/Laptop OS and hardware issues.
- Resolve peripheral hardware issues.
- Repair Tier II/Tier III laptops issue
- Diagnose software issues and Coordinate with the appropriate software providers to Resolve if needed.
- Unlock Windows accounts.
- Use the McAfee console to Resolve disk encryption lockouts.
- Hardware Support: VTC, VoIP, SIP phones, Voice Mail, Fax, Call Manage
- Acct Adm AD, ATAC, Icade.
- Must have valid A+, Dell, HP Certificate.
