OPMC is seeking an Administrative Assistant who provides competent, responsible assistance to the Admissions Department by performing multiple administrative support such as monitoring logs; data tracking; answering correspondence, special event planning; coordinating travel arrangements, preparation and collection of operational reports; research; assists and directs residents' families & visitors; and resolving administrative problems and inquiries.

Successful Administrative Assistant Applicants Must Possess:

  • 2-years' experience in administrative / executive assistant or combination, preferably in healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • (Applicants who do not meet ALL of the above requirements will NOT be considered.)

Hours:

Full-time day with possible weekend coverage.
