The Villas is looking for a fun, creative, and genuinely caring Activities Director who LOVES working with people and in particular with our Kupuna (elders) in a new, fast paced, team environment. Our Activity Director is responsible to supervise our activities staff and oversee the planning, coordinating and implementing our activities programs so that it meets the physical, cognitive, social, emotional and spiritual needs and preferences of our guests and complies with state/federal regulations and company values.

Our vision is to be the desired destination for acute care hospitals, guests that want our services, and staff that strive to provide clinical and service excellence. We provide rehabilitation services, physical, occupational, speech therapy, and nursing services. Our mission is "Caring for Our Ohana," this includes all of our guests, their families, our employees, and our community. Although our market includes all post-acute guest, the primary focus of The Villas is short stay, high acuity guests.

Successful Activities Director Applicants MUST:
* Have a bachelor's degree
* Have an excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Pass criminal background check, TB and drug screen.
* Current CPR and First Aid certifications
* Experience in long term care or healthcare setting.
Full-time day shift, which will require occasional early evening and weekend work.
