What is Offline, and what does this role look like?

Offline is a subscription company for local restaurants in your city. We have members who pay us monthly to be a part of our "restaurant club", and these members get matched with 2 offers from 2 different restaurants every month. The mission? To get people out in their community spending their dollars with local restaurants that they've never been to before. In a generation with endless inspiration, Offline provides the motivation to actually get "off line" and try something new.

Your job will be to secure partnerships with local restaurants so we can match our members with their next favorite spot. You will be responsible for the entire sales funnel from lead generation, selling to closing, every partnership with Offline starts with our Account Executives.

LEAD GENERATION:

You'll continue to run (and improve!) our outbound process which includes email and social media outreach to reach new opportunities and set meetings for yourself.

SELLING/CLOSING:

Most of the day is spent in sales meetings: about 70% virtually and 30% in person at their business.

Requirements

Experienced
  • 2 years of sales experience and looking to grow a career in sales. Bonus- loves restaurants, events, hospitality and culture.

Communicative and Detail Oriented
  • Ability to handle 500+ leads at any given time.
  • On top of follow-ups and procedures and communicates openly about what is going on in the market.
  • Exquisite writing and speaking skills as you will be writing and talking most of the day.
  • Ability to ask great questions and think quickly on your feet.

  • Hustles, rolls with the punches, and gets up every day ready to improve. We want to work with people who have a great attitude, are highly self-motivated, and are prepared to learn by doing.


Location + Travel
  • You currently live in Nashville and enjoy working from home, as the majority of your time will be spent there in virtual meetings.
  • Quarterly travel to HQ in Raleigh, NC and members of our core team will also travel to Nashville to ensure we're building a strong support system and culture.
