OfficeTeam's client in Falmouth is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team! The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working with members and answering questions in regards to the program and MassHealth. They will work to explain the program, answer questions and enroll new members. This contact will be both over the phone and in person. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining patient records and data entry. Strong communication skills are a must!
