One of our clients, a well-known non-profit for children in Culver City, is seeking a customer service representative for a temporary project for at least a month. There is strong potential for this to extend depending on need and performance. Job duties include answering phones, scheduling, data entry into Excel, creating and cross-referencing spreadsheets, maintaining an accurate computer-based scheduling system, processing department paperwork and attending staff meetings, and coordinating with associates, families, clinicians and other contacts. The office environment is very busy and deals with sensitive information and attendees, so the candidate must have discretion and work well in a fast-paced environment. Hours are about 8AM-5PM and pay is up to $18/hr DOE.
