An Administrative Assistant in needed to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks at this busy company. Duties include providing support to our managers, employees and customers. Assisting in daily office needs such as fielding telephone calls with business etiquette, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. This position will be responsible for provide backup support for Transportation (Dispatch), and General Office activities to ensure efficient day to day office operation. Primary Responsibilities•Answering, screening and transferring phone calls•Provide support and backup for Dispatchers•Provide clerical support for the Office Manager•Date entry•Customer service skills•Organize and schedule customer appointments•Maintain spreadsheets (EXCEL)•Must function and interact on a daily basis with plant/transportation personnel and comply with all safety requirements•Other duties as assigned2+ year administrative experience required, strong Word and Excel is also required.Call OfficeTeam today at 561-366-8041 or
