We are currently looking for (2) full time Project Manager candidates here in the Denver Office.

We are seeking candidates who:

• A general understanding of office furniture systems and installation process is a plus

• Can work flexible hours as project schedules require 
• Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite products  
• Experience with PlanGrid construction management software is a plus  

General position requirements of the Project Manager role are listed below. 

General Description : 

•    Responsible for all aspects of the Delivery and Installation of the Furniture/Products  

•    Responsible for meeting the labor and PM cost budgets.  

•    Responsible creating and maintaining the delivery/installation schedules  

•    Responsible for ensuring that the Installation meets all Quality requirements  

•    Keeps client(s) (including GC’s) informed of project progress/status as agreed to/appropriate for the project.  

•    Responsible for project logistics and delivery planning.  

•    Manages Change Order process effectively.  

•    Understands the various methods of (and applicability of) securing Costs including estimating on their own, seeking pricing from subcontractors, creating and evaluating RFP’s in order to provide labor pricing to sales person.  

•    Owns, implements and resolves Punch process.  

•    Prepares for and effectively participates in weekly team and/or project meetings.  

•    Conducts post project redline meetings with designer as required to update as built drawings.
