Position Summary The Solutions Expert (SE) provides Offerpad's innovative solutions and products to every homeowner in their assigned market. As a licensed real estate agent, the Solutions Expert is responsible for using their local real estate market knowledge to guide Offerpad customers through the home buying and selling process. Reporting to their market's Solutions Director, the Solutions Expert will conduct open houses and showings, schedule appointments, oversee virtual and in-person walk-throughs, and follow the transaction process with the customer through to final closing with the support of Offerpad's Concierge Team members.
Essential Functions Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and communication via multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, video, text, etc.) using Offerpad's processes and procedures to provide the best home buying and selling experience. Manage a pipeline of homeowners, both buyers and sellers, in the purchase or sale of their home, with oversight through every step in the process they choose. Possess extensive real estate acumen tied to property assessment and valuation, contracts, and strong ability to partner with Offerpad team members in the listing and closing processes, management of exclusive Offerpad Concierge Services scheduling, and credit/repairs.
Be the subject matter expert for everything related to Offerpad's portfolio of services and programs including, but not limited to Express Offers, Renovations, Services, Home Listings, Home Loans, Trade-ins, Concierge Services, etc. Perform daily tasks required by the Solutions Expert, including but not limited to setting appointments with homeowners to discuss cash offers and listing options, property assessments and valuations, contracts, managing the listing through the closing process, communicating across departments regarding homeowners, and updating systems and databases.
