Operations Manager

The Operations Manager position will assist in all manufacturing and production processes to include. planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all the functions of the operations activities in the manufacturing of Escape Breathing Apparatus in our Pleasant Prairie facility.  

Salary:            $75,000 – 85,000 with performance bonus opportunities

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Engineering or another industry-related field required
• 5 yrs. Experience in manufacturing on a production line
• 3 yrs Management experience in manufacturing facility
• Working knowledge of supply chain
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Experience working with foreign entities preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Coordinate Production, Quality, Material Control and Purchasing Departments
• Maintain Safety Standards and Training
• Assist with Interviewing, Hiring, and Training of new employees
• Schedule and Review Transfer rates for products going to foreign customers
• Research, Audit and Resolve discrepancies in production and the quality department
• Proactively Work Toward Process Improvement
