Seeking individuals with knowledge of substance abuse and mental health disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience providing supervision and direct observation of clients, facilitating and documenting group activities using the electronic medical records system KIPU, motivational interviewing, risk assessment and internal inspections, driving a 15-passenger van, and completing daily shift reports that communicate positive interactions, client needs, and violations of program rules and expectations.
Looking for self-starters that are organized and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements: Registered through a state-approved certifying body (CAADE/CCAPP/CADTP) or be willing to complete the training and registration paid for by the company, valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle record without items that would cause undue liability for the company, CPR/First Aid Certification or willing to become certified paid for by the company, ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients under any and all circumstances.
Salary dependent on experience.
Shifts available: 3:30pm to 11:30pm
