Oberto Snacks, Inc., known for our high quality, delicious meat snacks are currently hiring for a Senior ERP Analyst. This person is responsible for overseeing implementation and modifications of an enterprise-wide system incorporating all facets of the company's business, eliminating multiple data entry points, accurately processing & tracking activities, and providing meaningful analytics and metrics to measure productivity and performance. This role plays an integral role in training personnel, as well as managing related systems and projects.
SCHEDULE: Day shift position 8:00am – 5:00pm schedule is flexible
Wage: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually, subject to all required taxes and withholdings.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ERP application analysis and configuration
- Business process management
- Understand business processes across functional teams.
- Understand QAD standard business processes and configurations and align Oberto business process requirements to standard application processes to minimize customizations.
- Maintain business process flows and update as needed.
- Pro-actively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in existing systems
- Facilitate the creation and testing of future state business processes.
- Work cross-functionally to help create and understand business processes and requirements to meet future growth demands.
- Project management
- Initiate improvement projects and see them through to benefits realization, measured against requirements and goals.
- Plan, review and manage configuration changes and customization requests.
- Define full ERP project lifecycle methodology, leveraging best-practices from QAD and other sources.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance integrations with other applications/systems.
- Support requests for enhancements/changes to increase business processes/efficiencies.
- Develop and manage reports, dashboards, scripts, KPIs, and custom workflows.
- End-user training and documentation
- Develop training material on business processes and configurations to help make end users effective.
- Effectively communicate and present QAD best practices to stakeholders.
- Manage 3rd party resources to properly train users at all locations to ensure successful adoption of ERP-based business process

- Stay up to date and partner with ERP solution providers by attending user conferences and taking part in online forums.
- Possess a solid understanding of business maps, configurations, data imports/exports, reporting, and application administration.
- Application operation
- Lead strategy for ERP disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Plan and coordinate patching and upgrades through existing change control and documentation processes.
- Manage ERP help desk and training to support internal and remote users.
- Maintain user profiles, role hierarchy, sharing rules and security.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the ERP platform.
- Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage.
- Perform regular data audits and resolve identified issues.
- Maintain Program Change logs and support the IT Change Control policy.
- Application knowledge
- Incident management and resolution
- Performs first-and-second level troubleshooting on problems associated with enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, and physical equipment).
- Answers questions, provides technical solutions, and follows up to assist users in solving their information systems problems in a continuous user-support environment.
- Redirects and escalates enterprise infrastructure problems to third parties (vendors, contractors, and others) as necessary when additional assistance is required.
- Fields incoming help requests as needed from end users via both telephone and e-mail in a courteous manner.
- Problem management and addressing root causes
- Documents problems, resolution, and new solutions for future reference using service management tools and resources.
- Develops knowledge base of problems encountered, root cause of problems, and solution steps.
- Identifies the root cause of recurring incidents and determine how to address root cause to prevent future incidents from occurring.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
- Vendor management
- Define vendor management support requirements for Oberto ERP solution, identify selected vendors to provide support, and establish support relationship.
- IT management
- Participate in IT planning, forecasting, and budget activities.
- Use basic project management techniques to manage ERP projects and activities.
- Communicate ERP plans, needs, and activities effectively across the organization, including to senior management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in business computer science or MIS Business preferred or equivalent work experience.
- QAD Certified Professional preferred.
- APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5-10 years’ work experience administering ERP and other business systems in a Manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 3 years supporting QAD Standard/Enterprise Edition ERP experience required.
- Working knowledge of Linux with experience with Cron Jobs and monitoring performance.
- System implementation experience in project leadership role.
- System integration experience utilizing Qxtend preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Expert knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies
- Strong knowledge in various business processes such as market to order, order to cash, procure to pay, forecast to delivery, plant to inventory (sales, order processing, manufacturing, inventory management, accounting, and finance)
- Excellent knowledge/experience with MS Office Suite.

- General understanding of accounting principles.
