Company Description

Oak Street Health believes everyone deserves great healthcare - the kind you'd want for your own family. We specialize in providing exceptional care for older adults on Medicare, often in underserved communities where there is little or no quality healthcare.

Oak Street Health is on a mission to rebuild healthcare as it should be with an innovative care model that centers on wellness-based, positive health outcomes for patients, not the volume of services provided. We're an organization on the move! Our rapidly growing national network of primary care centers is staffed by a diverse team of outstanding care providers, service team members, technologists, community outreach experts, business professionals, and more. For more information, visit

  • An individual with strategic acumen and top notch writing abilities
  • An ability to ask for what is needed from colleagues and coordinate internally in order to complete polished written, oral or external professional advocacy materials

As a rapidly growing national company, the successful person in this role will be comfortable with both ambiguity and nuance but also sharing your well-thought out recommendations. We are a mission driven and positive culture so having a disposition well suited to that environment will contribute to your success. Also helpful will be a desire to grow your career at a publicly traded company changing the face of primary healthcare in America.
