- Our company is actively seeking sales representatives to join our face paced sales team.
- Sales reps must first learn our proven sales system prior to leading their own sales team.
- Sales reps set their own schedule
- Previous sales experience is desired, but not a requirement. We have many successful sales representatives that have no prior sales experience.
- Representatives follow up on warm leads in the areas of Mortgage Protection, Living Benefits, Final Expense and Retirement Planning.
- We meet with clients both remotely and in their home.
- Business Development Managers will be responsible for growing market share in strategic areas of opportunity throughout the country, thus increasing the distribution of financial services products to the consumer.
- Managers will be responsible for hiring, training and mentoring new agents.
- Candidates for the sales position must have a current life insurance producer’s license through the state, or be willing to obtain one within 1-3 weeks.
- Must be located in the United States
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Previous experience in sales or other related fields preferred
- Proficient with smartphone, computer, iPad
- Commission based pay [only] - new full time sales professionals average $2,000 - $5,000 per week in total commissions which are paid daily.
