RESPONSIBILITIES

· Drive quarterly and annual sales meeting revenue targets

· Constant market and catchment research to identify key properties with which to partner

· Meet and build relationships with property owners; share OYO's vision and unique selling points

· Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, scheduling appointments and face-to-face meetings

· Responsible for end-to-end business development which includes planning and building short-term and long-term sales pipelines

· Cross-functional sales and implementation of new accounts collaborating and coordinating with internal teams

· Utilize CRM software daily to report on and track sales calls via the sales funnel

· Note this is an individual contributor role not a people manager

REQUIRED SKILLS

· 3 to 5 years of sales experience in total

· Outside sales facing experience a must

· Relationship building skills

· Excellent listening and negotiation skills

· Detail oriented with organizational and time management skills

· Excellent presentation skills including written and verbal communication skills

· Must be self-motivated and can work independently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment

· Focused and possess a ‘sales mindset’

· Driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated

· Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to work in undefined situations

· Experience in early stage start-up environments is an advantage

· Discipline and rigor - athletes and veterans welcome

· Driver’s license required

· Bachelor’s degree preferred
