We have experienced incredible growth, increasing our employee population from 700 to over 4,500 in the past 5 years. We expanded our capabilities and redrew our map to establish an international omnichannel critical customer communications platform across 80 locations.

As a result of our tremendous growth, we are adding a new Sr. Client Relations Coordinator - Remote to our Client Services teams. This is a Remote Position, but is not a call center position – job responsibilities don’t include using scripts to perform the job. You will act as a business partner with clients and make a direct impact on the business, working with internal and external stakeholders to solve issues and support retention – there is nothing cookie cutter about this role!

You will work with clients across multiple verticals, including Healthcare, Financial, Media, Telcom, Energy, Property Management and Leasing, and will handle all of the day to day questions and issues that arise, be it involving print and mail; digital solutions; or email activity. You will be a partner with our Account Management team, who focus on the big picture relationship with our clients as well as opportunities for additional revenue.

What you’ll do:

Provide end to end service for clients from first contact through resolution, encompassing delivery of requested services that may include:

  • Monitor handling and status of client file submissions by our Junior Client Relations Coordinators
  • Troubleshoot and solve client problems
  • Work with our Digital Solutions team to answer client electronic billing questions and resolve affiliated issues
  • Provide mailing status information and work with other OSG team members in troubleshooting mail delivery issues
  • Work with our Client Excellence and Client Delivery teams to track progress of submitted client application changes and to resolve client file processing issues
  • Provide training/support for using OSG’s custom applications including Campaign Composer; Dynamic Messaging; Letter Library; Letter Composer; and Mail Trek plus USPS products such as NCOALink and OneCodeACS
  • Answer correspondence and questions
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts in networking, technical, and electronic billing groups to obtain information and direction to effectively handle client issues.
  • Proactively communicate with all stakeholders throughout/after the resolution process, managing expectations and ensuring clients’ business needs are met
  • Complete required documentation and log information into our CRM tool.
  • Work along with other members of the Client Relations team in providing off-hour coverage on weekends and evenings

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • College degree or equivalent combination of college/advanced education and 1-3 years’ experience in either a client services/account specialist position or industry related field.

Demonstrated experience required:

  • Working in a B2B, non-call center customer support position that requires adherence to clients’ service level agreement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word                                               
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people/personalities as a team
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivated, accountable and possessing a sense of ownership in their work
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Possessing a passion for teamwork, client service, and supporting company goals
