• Answer customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with product information and order placement
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting assistance
• Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely responses
• Provide feedback and recommendations to management
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Document customer interactions in our customer service software

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
• Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk
