LONG TERM CONTRACT

OPTION 1 STAFFING is currently recruiting for one of our top clients for an Executive Assistant for a long term contract. The position is located in Mt. View. As part of the Administrative Services executive support team, this position is responsible for providing executive level administrative support within the department. Completes Administrative Services team assignments (e.g. meeting agendas and minutes, presentations, etc.) and backup relief for other members of the team including scheduling meetings and coordinating the VP’s calendar, word processing, research and report preparation, meeting minutes, expense reports, maintaining payment records for vendors and special events and coordinating organization and division projects. Maintains division policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including customer service, proactive task management, composition, and the ability to communicate effectively with outside vendors, employees, physicians and members of the executive team.
- Expert level experience using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and able to work independently. Must also have demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work under changing conditions requiring reprioritization of work flow.
- Prior healthcare administrative experience in an executive setting preferred.

- Self motivated and able to multi-task
- Associates degree with five plus years of administrative experience, at least three at executive level
