-Answer calls and doors. Respond, take messages, filter/screen and route calls.
-Assist Clients when possible.
-Respond to internal and external emails, messages and voicemails
-Manage client accounts, agreements, monitoring activations/deactivations
-Send purchase orders to vendors
-Reconcile invoices with purchase orders
-Contact clients with past due invoices
-Copy, file, scan, archive and organize documents
-Prepare documents as needed
-Assist with planning team outings/team builder events
-Perform other tasks as assigned

-Ability to learn and continue to evolve with the position/industry
-2-3 years applicable experience is preferred
-Accounting/Quickbooks experience is a plus
