Health sensor hardware engineer

The key goal of the Health Sensor HW team is to enable the best user- experience. New challenges arise everyday that require the sharp problem-solving skills of hardworking and smart individuals. The team features a collaborative and hands-on environment that fosters engineering excellence, creativity, and innovation. The job function includes:

1HW sensing architecture, new sensing technology development for fitness and health area

2Health sensor prototyping w/ systemdevelop engineering specifications for sensor and system integration, draft test protocols, drive sensor design and DFM

3Health HW product implementation: work with system teams to integrate sensors, trouble shoot problems and provide solutions, enable health features and algorithm development for health sensors.

Requirements

1Master or PhD degree in EE/ME/bioE or related engineering field

23+ years in consumer electronics and/or medical device

3deep understanding in health sensing and HW design

Desired qualifications:

1Prefer basic sensor development or implementation experience

2Hands-on prototyping capability

3basic DSP experience and knowledge, familiar with using Matlab or Python to do signal and data analysis

4. Fundamental knowledge of human physiology or experience in medical device or biomedical signal sensing field
