IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR SERVICE COORDINATOR /CUSTOMER SERVICE

Growing Property Management Company is looking for a Service Coordinator.

This Position is available for immediate consideration. Perfect for individuals with great communication and people skills in a very fast paced environment. If you love to talk on the phone, we love to hire you. We need several outgoing individuals to join our growing team. We need your skills to maintain and manage our retail locations throughout the country. Although we pay hourly there are also bonuses available after training is complete. We have a casual work environment and would like to add bright new talents to our team.

Job Description:
- Search the internet (Google/Yahoo/Bing) and network with contractors that can work for us as subcontractors.
- Negotiate with contractors to get work completed in a timely fashion within budget parameters.
- Collect all the necessary details/scope of work.
- Manage, supervise and recruit subcontractors in various locations across the country.
- Creates plans, budgets and schedules for facility and maintenance modifications and/or additions.

Qualifications:
- Detail oriented/mechanically inclined
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Computer savvy and well organized.
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and excellent computer skills.
- Experienced with Outbound call
- Computer literacy, specifically Excel, Word, PDF, Adobe Pro and OneDrive.
- Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Sales experience preferred

Salary: Pay scale based on performance/ Range from $15/hr - $17/hr DOE
Hours are from 6 AM - 2:30 PM, M-F
