We are seeking an EXPERIENCED SERVICE COORDINATOR to join our team!

Our salary is competitive; you have the ability to earn an annual bonus, with fast track for advancement. The right candidate must be highly motivated and have most and/or all the below skills. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance, repairs, and small project work. In addition, hire and negotiate facilities & property services, ensuring client satisfaction nationwide.
Position is open for immediate consideration in our Phoenix location.
WHAT ARE YOUR DUTIES / JOB ROLE
You are responsible for service projects assigned to you, from start to job completion.
• Work closely with our retail client locations to manage and resolve service - repair requests
• Source multiple bids from vendors - once you understand from the retail location scope of work
• Negotiate (as needed) vendor pricing to complete work within budget parameters
• Search and recruit new vendors as needed to complete work nationwide
• Dispatch and manage vendors until work is complete
• Have oversight on all on-going projects assigned to you until closed / complete
• Document all communication with retail location and vendor dispatched + work performed
• Provide on-going timely updates for management
• Obtain any required documentation for invoicing each service project
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS ARE REQUIRED
• Experience with facility, property maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC/ Electrical/ Lighting/Plumbing
• Baseline construction knowledge
• Strong ability to negotiate and work with vendors
• Meet deadlines and quality assurance standards
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, telephone and computer skills
• Computer literacy; Excel, Word, PDF, Adobe Pro, OneDrive and work order systems
• Detailed-oriented, multi-tasker able to manage multiple projects and desire to learn
• Internet search skills (Google/Yahoo/Bing)
• Ability to handle a high-paced work environment - manage quickly changing environments

• Hourly compensation based on experience and/or skill set
