General Description

OMW Corporation is a highly respected contract manufacturing company specializing in precision machining of custom metal and plastic parts for some of the world’s largest aerospace, electronics, and healthcare companies. We’ve been in business for over 25 years, own our own building, and are rapidly growing. We are looking for another team member to join us full time and long term.

We are looking for graveyard machine operations. The schedule will be 3-12 hour shift working Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 5:00pm-5:30am. This shift has a higher compensation rate because of the difficult schedule. But the greatest benefit is 4 days off a week.

The Machine Operator’s responsibility is, to load and run parts in CNC machines, including computer-controlled mills and lathes. Some minor part assembly and deburr, part inspection, and other related manufacturing tasks may be expected as part of the job.

An ideal candidates will have experience operating CNC machines, good mechanical aptitude, be familiar with inspecting and measuring mechanical parts with calipers and micrometers, have some experience making simple changes to machine offsets, and be able to inspect and replace broken tools and re-offset them.

Specific Skills Required

• Ability to lift 50lbs comfortably
• Good mechanical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfort with physical labor and hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate with written and verbal English language

Compensation based on experience. Applicants must be US citizens or legal residents.
