We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Assist Project Managers with preparation and tracking of subcontracts and prime contracts as well as change orders.
Assist Project Managers with the preparation of meeting agendas and with the subsequent issuance of meeting minutes.
Log and track subcontractor insurance certificates, W9 forms, pay applications, and submittals.
Keep organized files whether on paper or electronically.
Collect lien waivers and distribute vendor payments.
Gather bidding materials and distribute to potential subs and suppliers.
Assist Project Managers on bid day.
Communicate in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will be the first face and voice of OLP.
Answer phone, transfer calls, and take accurate messages as necessary.

Experience as an Administrative Assistant, with experience in the construction industry a plus.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and experience or ability to be trained with Procore.
