OLN Inc is hiring for an ENTRY LEVEL Sales Associate
Some of the essential functions of this position include:
Contacts lists of prospective customers from sales leads
Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to develop and close sales.
One on one sales based interaction with customers
Consults with clients and determines the best solution for the identified business problems.
Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares contracts for orders obtained.
Works to develop business relevant solutions for clients.
Prepares and delivers daily sales statistics as directed by manager.
Develops and maintains strong customer business relationships throughout the entire buy cycle.
OLN is currently hiring entry level individuals with a customer service & sales background for the Sales Associate position. We have found that candidates working in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service positions are very easy to train for our Sales Associate position. We specialize in areas of customer renewal, customer retention and customer acquisition.

Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven track record of success in work, school, clubs or extracurricular activities
Ability to communicate with multiple groups; peers, company personnel and potential customers
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills.
Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
