Job Description

OFFICEforce is seeking a contract administrator to work with a York-based construction company. You will assist the project manager and estimator with reviewing budgets, contracts, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and inspect project files, including contracts, plans, and other paperwork
  • Assist with costing, invoicing, change orders
  • Subcontractor and vendor management
  • Maintain communication with project managers, superintendents, vendors, customers, suppliers, etc. to ensure successful completion of projects

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail
  • Previous construction experience (office-related preferred)
  • Accounting background (AP, AR, Billing, etc.) preferred
  • Project coordinating and/or administrative experience
